Refund Policy

You may amend or cancel your booking at any time before the commencement of your rental booking. Charges may apply based on the time of amendment or cancellation. Charges are as follows:
1. More than 72 Hours - 100% refund
2. Between 24 to 72 Hours - 50% refund
3. Less than 24 Hours - No refund
Promotional packages (e.g. Lunar New Year, Christmas, Hari Raya, etc) supersede these standard terms. Upon confirmation of any promotional-priced booking, no cancellations or refunds will be accepted under any circumstance.
